mathematics of cooking

waiting is the very last thing i want to do right now. and i really need to go and buy myself a mobile reload but i'm so lazy to go. i wanted to sleep, but then, i dont have the reason to sleep up until asar since i dont feel that tired like yesterday.

i did a lot of new things last week, and Alhamdulillah, i get to buy the scarf that i wanted so much. after months and months searching for it. thank you to ayunar. they have a lot of varieties and colours. what i love most is going shopping with less people in it.

a friend of mine said that in baking, they have a concept where there will be a certain ratio of how much flour you need to put with certain amount of butter or sugar. well, i did notice that. so after making the butter dough for my nestum cookies yesterday, i started to re-organised the ratio of the ingredients because the recipe isn't giving me any best of result.

for the chocolate dough, even though the recipe is in gm, i change it into cups since i dont have the scale. it's ok to do that because from my obeservation, as long as the ratio is right, you'll eventually will get the same result.

it turns ut my nestum cookies melts inside mouth the moment it comes in. well, i would say it is a good result since my picky dad eats it and commented it like that. so..
